Let’s start considering what plants have to offer (#herbs, #health, #wellness, #benefits)……..

Take my hand & join me….. let’s go on a nature walkβ˜˜οΈπŸ‚πŸŒ³πŸŒ»! It’s full of native herbs that can be used for health & wellness as well as feed nature’s pollinators! Health & environmental stewardship all at once!πŸ’šπŸŒ²πŸŒ»πŸ First we have Rose……..

Then we see Motherwort….

Then let’s explore some of the plants I’ve grown….

I grow, harvest, & tend to these herbs because I’ve been drawn to them by my life’s experience, not for monetary reasons; though that is a plus. A co-worker asked me once, “What do you want to do?” in response to me telling him I wanted to go back & finish college. I responded, “Help people.” He proceeded to laugh & say, ” You don’t need to get a degree to do that.” Well, I did it anyway. After trying to figure out where I can help best; my journey led me on this herbal pathπŸ’šπŸŒΏβ€οΈπŸ.

This is it. This is the way I want to help people! I feel lack of healthy habits now or in the past is causing so many issues for our well-being. We need to learn easy, effective ways to tend to it. We need routines that optimize our nutrient & mineral intakes. Herbs are the answer!! Extracts are the easy, effective way to do it.

These pack A LOT of punch. They’re loaded with vitamins, minerals, & phytonutrients that provide loads of health. That’s the true wealth!!
